May was characterized by frequent and insistent rain, if not even snowy episodes (the last one on 31 May, with snow up to 1700 meters above sea level). In any case, during the month, we proceeded with these works:
- cleaning and arrangement of the last natural trails, up to an altitude of 1900. Above that altitude there is still snow
- ordinary maintenance of bike park areas
- renovation of signs, in particular of some gates
- Peter Pan (Fai Zone) segment rebuild
- Willy Wonka (Andalo Zone) segment rebuild
- gate Supernatural (Andalo Zone) signage and installation
- north shore construction on new Interstellar trail (Andalo Zone)
From next week, work will continue with a focus on:
- trail arrangement, in particular flow trails in the bike park areas, with resolution of the various problems dictated by the high flows of the event, added to the decidedly drizzly and wet weather
- continuation of Peter Pan (Fai Zone) re-build
- completion of some work on Zanna Bianca (Andalo Zone)
- continuation of work on trail Interstellar (Andalo Zone)
- cleaning and arrangement of natural trails at altitudes above 1800m
