Situated on the top of Mt. Paganella, Rifugio La Roda can be reached thanks to two different Paganella 2001 lifts (cable car + chair lift) or by riding the forest track from Andalo: 20 kilometers in length and more than a 1000 metres drop. From up top you can enjoy a 360° view: from Val di Non to Valle dell’Adige, from the Brenta Dolomites to Monte Bondone, over Valle dei Laghi and Lake Garda. For the return trip, besides the forest track, it is possible to ride down two Dolomiti Paganella Bike trails, whose access is restricted to experienced bikers on an AM-EN bike. One trail takes the rider to the Canfedin – Gaggia – Toblino Lake area, the other one leads to Malga Fai - Meriz. ‘Arco di Tito’, an impressive and spectacular observation point, is nearby and can be reached with a 30-minute walk.
